Domain Name - The domain name registration and setup are included in all design packages. This includes automatic yearly renewal.

Site Design - We will create a new web site or optimize an existing one for you. This design will be billed as a one time fee based on the amount of effort required. The design will be custom built, no templates are used. If you have a current logo & color scheme for your business we will incorportate that, if not we will create one for you. The design will be easy to navigate and fast loading. We will also make sure to build it with search engine indexing in mind.

Hosting - Hosting will be under our account with www.godaddy.com, this allows additional flexibility at a very low cost. We will take care of all the details from that end.

SEO Optimization - As part of the initial launch process your site will be submitted and indexed in the big 3 search engines. Google, Yahoo and MSN. Periodic submission to Google is included in your plan to ensure your listed.

Reporting - Monthly traffic reports will be avaliable upon request.

Pageranking - Simply by using Tempus Media to create/host your website it will be listed higher on google. Tempusmedia.com currently has a Google pagerank of 5, by linking to your site from ours your search engine results will be ranked higher then other similar sites.

This package is priced at $29.99 per month. Design/Redesign packages are sold as a one-time additional fee based on the amount of effort required. Beyond minor updates, any additional maintenance requests by the client are billed hourly after the official launch date/agreement of the site. We will provide a detailed proposal upon consultation.

Target: Clients of this package are looking for a website that mostly acts as an advertisement for their business. They often require little promotion and little to no maintenance or updates moving forward.

Typical Clients of this package include: Small County Government, Home Based Businesses (Day care, etc), Small family-owned and family-operated Businesses, individuals, clubs, small organizations etc.

Q: What's the difference between a Tempus Plan and a Standard Business Plan?

A: The tempus plan is created for sites that require little to no updating. Most additional updates to tempus plan sites are billed at an hourly rate. If your planning on more then 12 hours of yearly maintenance a Small Business Plan will save you money in the long run.

Tempus Plan clients do not received any internet promotion beyond the initial launch. All promotion is the client's responsibility.

Beyond the initial launch date, under a Tempus Plan no further Search Engine Optimization or keyword monitoring is done.

Tempus plan clients do not receive a yearly site reviews or search engine ranking reports.

Standard Business plan clients also have a pesonalized online portal to manage aspects of their site, electronic billing and online access to site monitoring tools. Beyond minor updates to Tempus Plan sites are available, but are billed at an hourly rate.
