Q: What's the process usually look like?

A: The basic design process is outlined below:

Initial Contact: Start by contacting us, send us an email and we will contact you to figure out what your individual business needs are.

Phone Consultation: Once we hear from you, we will speak with you directly on the phone to get a sense of your vision and your business needs. We'll ask some questions about what you're looking for in a website, any steps you've taken so far, and then provide you with an initial assessment of your options.

Content Gathering: From there we will provide you an estimate of the entire cost to accomplish your goals and recommend a plan that fits your needs. After you've accepted our estimate we will work with you to gather images, text, links and logos that you want to be part of your new web presence.

Design: We'll incorporate your content and ideas into an initial draft of your site, and you will notified when the initial draft is ready for your review. You'll be able to view and interact with your site in a test environment online.

Revision: After you've had a chance to review your new site, we will work directly with you over the phone and email to modify the site as you request.

Publish: Once you've approved your website, we'll publish it live on the web.

Changing the site once it's published: Once your site is live, you can contact us at any time with changes or additions. We offer low-cost maintenance plans that keep your site fresh and invigorated. We offer two options for ongoing site maintenance.

If you have a monthly hosting/maintenance plan with us then your additional updates will be covered by that plan per plan constraints, if you are a Tempus Plan client or a design only/hosting only client then all additional changes will be charged on an hourly basis.

Q: Why should I signup for a Small Business Plan plan instead of a Tempus plan.

A: Basically it's a cheaper option if you are going to have periodic updates. If you only want to update your site once a year, the Tempus Plan would most likely be the best option.

The standard bussiness plan and comprehensive account manangement plan include options like:

• Additional updates/development time, including actual build time for any enhancements or changes.
• Highest priority for problem resolution and website changes.
• Search engine ranking reports
• Multiple Domain names
• Monthly Google Reporting Traffic Reports.
• Access to new reports and tools as they become available.
• A yearly site review and user analization.
• Some plans include: Search Engine Optimization, Adwords online campaigns and various web promotion/marking initiatives.

Q: What if I already have a domain name?

A: We can use that domain name, or we can help you find another one.

Q: What if I already have a Web site?

A: We'll work with your existing site or we can start from scratch, the choice is yours.

Q: How many pages will my site be?

A: We'll create a site that suits your needs, if it's 2 pages or 200 pages. You'll get what makes sense for your business.

Q: Will I be able to expand my site at a later date?

A: Of course you will. We'll be here ready to work with you to do whatever you need. We can easily add more pages and additional functions for you. It's as easy as letting us know what you need.
